Mash takes every exercise and explains them in such a simple way...
3 simple ways to workout
1. Hold a stick
2. Let it fall
3. Then try to catch the end of the stick before it hits the ground
Imagine what that stick will teach you (fist bump)

What If I can reach the peaks of my potential? What if all of my injuries were avoidable? What if working out was more like a dance, rather than a task?
The 3 “what ifs” that represents a constant journey and eagerness in search of the most efficient ways of movement.
Movement is a huge part of who I am: my personality, my passion, my intention. For as long as I can remember, I was always playing one sport or another. From running track, swimming, playing Football ( the real football) to basketball, tennis, and the list continues.
From sports, I shifted my attention to martial arts starting with Ninjutsu continuing on to Krav Maga and finally, my favorite so far, Capoeira!
Being active definitely has its benefits, but the down side of such a lifestyle are without a doubt, injuries. I used to blame my injuries for the reason why I didn't reach my goals within those activities, but now I try to shift that energy towards learning from injuries.
Working with Dr. Khong has made that process much easier, enjoyable, and educational by providing knowledge and guidance of movement so that in the future injuries will not take such a toll on my body.
I am forever a student with the glass half full. Joining the movement culture here in Chicago has taught me so much in such a short time. I’m excited to continue to learn, as well as to help others reach the peaks of their movement potential. “We don’t stop moving because we grow old; we grow old because we stop moving”
Come move with us and lets make working out feel like a natural dance!
