Foam Roll Stretch

This is for those who sit working at a desk or computer all day, or those who are avid weightlifters.  All of the mentioned activities cause your shoulders to roll forward placing the muscles of your chest in a shortened state.  Over a period of time the chest muscles remain shortened placing excessive stress on the muscles of the mid back and neck.  To relieve this stress the muscles must be stretched to their normal length.  This exercise will begin this process very easily.  This exercise can be very relaxing and only needs to be done 1-2 times each day whenever it fits your schedule best.

Let your body relax.  Breath with slow, slightly deeper than normal, breaths, and hold this position for approximately 5-10 minutes
